I was born in Andong, South Korea, in 1976. Chestnut trees in the back yard, a big magnolia tree next my room, pink azaleas in the back mountain, breeze from the fields, forsythia flowers in the street, acacia trees, colorful unknown flowers in the garden, strawberry garden, and a red violet wild rose gate are my childhood home I remember. Books were my best friend in my childhood.  

Now I live in Vancouver, Canada. Seeing bright blue sky, windless peaceful Como lake, green grass, and reddish leaves on trees, I work on children's books. Hopely I could give a good friend to my kids and children in the world.
